Village of Muhovo, Ihtiman, Sofia

The village of Muhovo is located in Ihtiman Municipality, Sofia District (South-West Bulgaria). It is situated in mountainous region, 22km north-east from town of Ihtiman in the heart of Sredna Gora Mountain. Muhovo village is near to the villages Lesichevo (Pazardjik district) and Kalugierovo (Pravets muncipality).
The climate is soft and warm. There are 274 sunny days average per year in Muhovo (more than average for Bulgaria).
Near the village are situated river Topolnitsa and dam Topolnitsa and the region is suitable for fishing or fore relaxing among the nature.
