Village of Oshtava

The village of Oshtava is located in South-West Bulgaria in the foots of Pirin mountain (near 1000m above the Sea level) and is included in Municipality Kresna (Blagoevgrad District). The Struma river pass around. There are 2 non well-known mineral springs groups near the village:
- Hot mineral water springs in the Turchov rid area that is situated 3km south-west from Oshtava. The water temperature is 65 C degree and is not suitable for baths
- The "cool"springs near area of Banishteto (3km south from the village of Stara Kresna). The temperature is about 35 C degree. There are some pools and baths near by. In the last years are around the springs is favorite place for tourists that make there camp sites.
