Village of Asen is located in South-Central Bulgaria. It is part of Pavel banya Municipality, Stara Zagora District.
The village of Assen is connected with the town of Pavel Banya through an 9 km asphalt road to the north and is located just 1 km northwest of the village of Gorno Sahrane.
The only pottery workshop left in the municipality is located in the village. Here you will have the pleasure to enjoy the mastership of the ancestral potter Ivan Nedyalkov before you start along the wood paths of the mountain.
