Village of Zaburdo (municipality Chepelare) is situated in the northern slopes of the Rhodope mountains in the valley of Zaburdska river. It is 51 km south from Assenovgrad, 13 km from village of Hvoina, 31 km from town of Chepealre and 38 km from ski resort of Pamporovo.
Village of Zaburdo is a starting point to the natural phenomenon Choudnite Mostove (Marvellous Bridges) - 4km - and to lots of mountain chalets ih Rhodope Mountains (Persenk Chalet -3 hours, Izgrev Chalet -5-6 hours, Kabata Chalet -1.30 hours or climb Mt. Persenk -2074 m in 2 hours).
