Village of Staro Zhelezare, Plovdiv districtStaro Jelezare is a village in Central Southern Bulgaria. It is located within the administrative boundaries of municipality Hissar, district of Plovdiv. The village is situated at 267 m above sea level.
The village has an ethnographic museum, a Thracian stone observatory and a mineral water bottling factory. The agriculture is the main means of living in the village of Staro Zhelezare.
