The village of Sarnegor is located in South-Central Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Brezovo (Plovdiv District). It is situated 43 km from the city of Plovdiv, 33 km from the spa resort town of Hisarya, 27 km from Banya, 33 km from Karlovo and 130 km from the winter resort of Pamporovo. The capital city of Sofia is at 150 km from Surnegor but because driving on the "Trakia" motorway it will take no longer than an hour and a half to reach it. Zlatoselska river and the Sarnegor dam disposed near the village are suitable for fishing lovers.
