Town of Lubimets, HaskovoThe town of Lubimec is located in Haskovo district (South-Central Bulgaria), 12km. away from the Greek border check – point Ormenion and 25 km. away from the border pass Kapitan Andreevo – Kapa-Kule. The town is municipal center of the Lyubimets municipality.
Situated on the right bank of the river Maritsa and the International motor E 80, the town is famous for its well-developed agriculture, animal-breeding and light industry. Some of the best wine in Bulgaria are produced in Lubimetz. Those produced are exported in a lot of European countries.
