Virovsko, Vratsa

The village of Virovsko (Vratsa District) is located in North-West Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Vratsa. It is situated 28km away from district center town of Vratza at the main road Vratsa - Cherven bryag after the villages of Gorno Peshtene and Tishevitsa. The village is settled in East part of the large Peshtenska valley and is surrounded of Veslets hill (South), elevations of Strunitsa and Borovanska hill (North), Milink kamuk (West) and spurs of the hills Veslets and Stranitsa (East). The neighbour villages are Bukovets, Tlachene, Varbitsa, Gorna Beshovitsa, Tishevitsa and Golyamo Peshtene.
The small river of Virovchitsa cross throw the village of Virovsko and is infused in Livageto dam. Other river in the region is Varbishka bara. It pass north from the village.
