The village of Strupets is located in North-West Bulgaria. It is included in Roman Municipality, Vratsa District. The village borders with town of Roman and village of Hubavene at East, village of Karash at South, the villages of Kournovo and Sinio Burdo at West and villages of Staro Selo (Mezdra municiplaity)and Dolna Beshovitsa at North. At distance of 3km north-west is situated Rail Station (Gara Strupets) and some of population of village of Strupets living there. The River Iskar flows just 1 km away from Strupets. The village is rocky and rich with springs, streams and meadows for the cattle to eat. The main natural landmarks are the River Small Iskar, which is very convenient for fishing and just relacation, and the Strupeshka mound, where you can still see thraces from the Roman fortresses.
