The village of Ruska Bela (Vratsa District) is located in North-West Bulgaria and belongs to Municipality Mezdra. It is situated side of wooden hills between towns of Vratsa and Mezdra opposite of the village of Moravitsa, at 1km from the motorway and 7km from Vratsa. Village of Ruska Bela has nice location on the side of wooded hills and facing South towards the Balkan mountains.
