Sightseeing: - Near the village is located Gradeshnitsa monastery. - In the fortress near the village are found traces of the Antiquity - lots of pottery and "The Tile of Gradeshnitsa" which is one of the most important archaeological discoveries of the Chalcolithic in the world (Middle or second half of the IV-th millennium BC). The tile with scripts was found in 1969 in Chalcolithic cultural layer, which belongs to the middle and second half of the IV-th millennium BC. The sctipt from Gradeshnitsa, Karanovo and Tartaria (Romania) is an evidence about a well-developed culture of the peoples inhabiting the Balkan Peninsula in this times as the civilizations of Asia Minor, Middle East and Egypt.
