The village of Rogozen is located in Vratsa district (North-West Bulgaria), and is one of the villages from municipality Hayredin. It is situated 16.97 km. southeast of the municipal center village of Hayredin. Neighboring villages are Malorad, Barzina and Sirakovo. Along the village passes river of Barzina and at distance of 1km in west direction is situated Rogozen dam, suitable for recreation and fishing.

Sightseeing:
- In Rogozen was discovered the largest Thracian treasure in Bulgaria. It was found in the middle of the village Rogozen - in area of Dola (or called also Chernibrod).
- There is a spectacular monument of REMS members (youth communistic organization before 9.IX.1944) at the village square.
