The village of Galiche is located in Vratsa district (North-West Bulgaria), and is one of the villages from municipality Byala Slatina. It is situated 14.37 km. North of the Municipal Center - town of Byala Slatina. Neighboring villages are Tarnava, Altimir and Lipnitsa. River of Skat, which is suitable for fishing, passes through the village.
Sightseeing:
- In the village there is a monument to the heroes who died in the wars of liberation in Bulgaria.
- In the vicinity of the village Galiche was found silver treasure, ingeniously constructed and consisting of 14 silver objects with images of a woman, rider and rosettes. The treasure dates from the II-I century BC
- There is a spring near by which water is considered to be curative.
- Locality "The monastery" - at that place in times when Bulgaria was under Turkish slavery, there was a Monastery. Nowadays there is only a fountain. The area has many Thracian tombs. Some of them are: ``Batova mound, "Tsenkova mound", "Razkopana mound". All these are located in the highest points of the district.
- Interesting sights are the also: "Chervenata urva", "Duletsa", "Pishtova padina" , "Mecha dupka", "Tevo darvo", "Obreten".
