The village of Dolni Lom (Vidin District) is located in North-West Bulgaria an is included in Municipality Chuprene. It is situated 12.85 km. east of the municipal center village of Chuprene. Neighboring villages are Gorni Lom, Sredogriv Replyana.It lies on both banks of the river of Lom and the place is suitable for recreation and fishing.

The main landmarks of the area are:
- church St.Troitsa (Holy Trinity) located in the school yard and built in 1848
- Obrochen cross - 2m high
- Monument of th Rebels - situated 2 km away from the village in the area of Krivoulyu
- The Cross in center of the village
