It proves to be a very good region in terms of agricultural practices (there is a cherry tree orchard spreading on to an area of 1,000 decars; 70 decars of which are of newly planted cherry trees). This is a village of many a new house under construction, which contribute to its contemporary appearance and dynamic spirit thus creating attractive residential opportunities for those working in the district center.
