The village of Vladimirovtsi is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is included in Municipality Samuil (Razgrad District). The village is at 18 km far from town of Isperih, on the main road between Isperih, Hursovo and Samuil. In the Ottoman register of 1676 the village was written by the name of Sara Hebib. This name was changed to Vladimirovo on 11th September 1934 and later on the name Vladimirovtsi. Ruins of Middle age fortress are situated in the land of the village. There is spring near the fortress wich is called Kyor Panar (the will of the blind man). Vladimirovtsi had been a municipality centre till 1978 and had included Nojarevo, Zdravets and Pchelina. It had also been a centre of the Labour Cooperatives Farms of the villages. There are gravestones of janissaries in the yard of the mosque. It has been registered one ancient village, one mediaeval fortress and three Thracian mounds.
