The village of Dolna Lipnitsa (Veliko Turnovo district) is located in North-Central Bulgaria and is included in municipality Pavlikeni. It is situated 50km north of regional center of Veliko Tarnovo and 17km from the municipal town of Pavliekni. The village has shops, bar, church, bus station, post office, etc.

There is a small dam and a river near by, suitable for fishing and swimming during the summer. Region of Dolna Lipnitsa is a hunting area and provides different kinds of game. The place is suitable also for walking, picnics and rural tourism. Few kilometers away from the Dolna Lipnitsa are located mineral baths famous for its healing virtues.
