Kneja

The town of Kneja (Pleven District) is located in North-Central Bulgaria and is administrative center of Kneja Municipality. The town is third largest town in Pleven district after cities of Pleven and Cherven bryag. The town is situated around 30km south from the Danube river in a valley surrounded by Iskar river (east), Skat river (west) and Predbalkan mountain (south).
